This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited uses of the products and services provided by Alphaeus Inc. This AUP supplements and is incorporated into our Terms of Service and any Service Agreement.
Prohibited Activities
Illegal or Harmful Conduct
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes
- Distribute defamatory, obscene, harassing, or threatening content
- Exploit or harm minors
Security Violations
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without written authorization
- Breach or attempt to breach security or authentication measures
- Access data not intended for you
- Interfere with service (e.g., DoS, DDoS attacks)
- Forge TCP/IP packet headers
Malicious Activities
- Distribute malware, viruses, worms, ransomware, spyware, trojans, or malicious code
- Engage in phishing, pharming, spoofing, or social engineering attacks
- Run unauthorized cryptocurrency mining
Spam and Abuse
- Send unsolicited bulk email in violation of CAN-SPAM, CASL, or similar laws
- Harvest contact information without consent
- Operate non-consensual scraping or automated data collection
Service Misuse
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services
- Resell or sublicense without authorization
- Misrepresent identity or affiliation
- Build a competing product from the Services
AI / Automation Misuse
- Generate disinformation, deepfakes, or non-consensual intimate imagery
- Train competing AI models on the Services’ outputs without permission
- Bypass usage limits, rate limits, or safety guardrails
Reporting Violations
Report violations to abuse@alphaeus.com with details and supporting evidence.
Consequences
We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including warning users, suspending or terminating access, removing content, cooperating with law enforcement, or pursuing civil/criminal action.
