1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact and inquiry information — name, email address, phone number, company, role, and any message content you submit through forms, email, or scheduled meetings.

  • Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers — vendors that host our infrastructure, deliver email, process payments, run analytics, or otherwise support our operations under written contracts that restrict their use of personal information
  • Business partners — when you request information about, or engage with, a specific partner offering (for example, our partnerships referenced in our Disclaimer), we may share the information needed to connect you with that partner
  • Legal and safety — to comply with subpoenas, court orders, regulatory requests, or applicable law; to protect rights, property, and safety; or to investigate suspected violations
  • Corporate transactions — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections
